Productstore provides landscape design and planning services rather than physical products. As such, our return policy is tailored to service-based transactions.
All services are customized to meet your specific property needs and design requirements.
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will work with you to reschedule consultations when possible, subject to availability.
Design service fees are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction with the final design.
If you have concerns about your landscape design, please contact us immediately so we can address any issues and make necessary revisions.
We include a reasonable number of design revisions as part of our standard service to ensure your landscape design meets your expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the included number may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify Productstore as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.
For any materials or plants purchased through Productstore as part of installation services, return eligibility depends on the specific item and circumstances.
Live plants and materials that have been installed cannot be returned. Unused materials in original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
